This represents a further revenue stream in excess of $230,000,000, of which we expect at the minimum, 15% will provide profits ($35.5 million). Just taking the profits on 500 lots of construction along with the lot price, we are left with profits (not even just revenues) in excess of 7.2 times greater than International Land Alliance's current market cap.
