We believe, based on our extensive due diligence, that International Land Alliance ($ILAL) is shockingly undervalued, to the point it very well can become the #1 value find stock we ever witness in our lifetime. Based upon all the property (realized assets) International Land Alliance owns (at the bear minimum 1,500 acres), and calculated at the average per acre (conservatively) of $5,000 per acre we come to the realization that International Land Alliance is sitting on axp. $75,000,000 or more of land assets. You know the old saying, "Facts don't care about your feelings, and numbers don't lie." That is VERY TRUE here with $ILAL's stock. With $75 million in realized assets that would equate to a book value of $2 per share. If we are to include expected revenue streams from all of the current projects we have highlighted in this report, we would be looking at the following.
Oasis Park Resort - $173,376,000 Valle Divino Resort - $83,850,000
Villas Del Enologo - $18,350,000 Rancho Costa Verde - $40,000,000+ (overly conservative on this one)
Plaza Bajamar - $18,800,000
Emerald Grove - $1,530,000
Conservative revenue stream from these initial "core 6" projects - $335,906,000 In other words, in excess of 50 times greater than the current market cap of the company. We will be calling Webster dictionary to update the definition of the word "undervlaued" her very soon! As it stands now, per our due diligence, we have learned International Land Alliance, $ILAL is worth today, a minimum book value of $2 per share. Based on current development and operations we would expect a share price between $3-$5 with the long term potential being $9+ once revenues have been realized off of these mentioned projects. With hardly any recorded changes to the share structure in $ILAL listed lifetime, this also is one of the cleanest stocks we have come across. EVER!
